Windmillsat provides satellite communication equipment installation, integration, maintenance, and value-added services including Sift hybrid connectivity solutions. All services are subject to a separate service agreement.

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Windmillsat B.V. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Windmillsat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.
